Question 1

When will my order ship?

Accepted Answer

Orders are dreamily packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it floats out the door.

Question 2

Do you accept Afterpay?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We accept Afterpay at checkout, so you can split your order into 4 interest-free payments. Just choose Afterpay when you reach the Shopify checkout — no fuss, no waiting.

Question 3

Are your lashes cruelty-free?

Accepted Answer

Always. Every product we carry is 100% cruelty-free, because beauty should never come at a cost.

Question 4

What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Due to the hygiene and personal-care nature of our lash products, all sales are final and we're unable to accept returns or change-of-mind refunds. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us at dreamlashsupplies@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. If approved, we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Question 5

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

We currently ship across Australia, with international shipping rolling out soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Question 6

How should I store my adhesive?

Accepted Answer

Keep it cool, dark and tightly sealed — ideally between 18–24°C. Always shake well before use for the best retention. Avoid storing an open adhesive in the refrigerator, as this can cause condensation to form inside the bottle and spoil the glue.

Question 7

Can I become a lash ambassador?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we'd love that! Head to our Ambassadors page and fill out the quick application form. Tell us a little about your lash journey and where to find your socials, and our team will review your submission. You'll get a confirmation email straight away, and we'll be in touch if you're a sweet fit. As a Dream Lash ambassador you'll get early access to new and limited-edition products, a special community of artists, and the first look at what's coming next.
